Eisenhower, Barbara Jordan, KatherineAnne Porter, Lt. Karl W. Richter, Dr. Norris Bradbury, Greer Garson and Gen. Henry H. “Hap” Arnold.  She created a 7’ standing portrait of President Ronald Reagan this year for the National Cowboy Hall Of Fame.....born in Texas and began her art career there, graduated from Colorado College and studied at the Art Students League in New York.  She divides her time between Santa Fe..... where she has maintained a studio since 1983, and Dallas, Texas, where her husband has a law practice."

Goth sculptor Vincent Cantillon of Nightshade Studios is one of 38 artists at the former Denver Central Catholic High School on the 1800 block of Logan Street. The arts enclave was bulldozed by real estate barons condomizing the nighborhood. It has been eyed as another development by RedPeak Properties according to Denver Post reports (July 9 & July 16, 2004).

Speaking of sculpture, the ugly boring box condos that have taken over that part of Capitol Hill in recent years look like sterile Jimmy Cagney B movie penitentiaries with high walls, scarce greenery and almost no hint of any tasteful design. Denver's massive yuppification trend of the last decade has been the bane of many artists forced to leave the inner city for any remaining affordable digs in the "siburbia" of Commerce City, Aurora and elsewhere.
